Equipment: Skateboards, helmets and pads are provided in the lesson but you may bring your own if you wish. You should wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers that have a flat sole.
Skateboarding Gear: Ideally, participants should purchase their own equipment. This will allow them to practice outside of the lesson.
There are four main pieces of safety equipment: Helmet, Elbow Pads, Knee Pads, Wrist guards. It is not necessary to wear every type while learning to skate but is advisable for beginners.
